Baby Jordan

Tonight, I took about an hour to sort through scrapbooking supplies in order to begin a baby book for a client who has ordered a scrapbook of the first year. We made a trip together to Hobby Lobby to choose color themes several months ago, and I have tried to keep Christmas in my mind as a delivery date. With my Open House near completion, I feel like I have a bit more time to begin. Her personal preference is more modern and less old-fashioned, so I expect to have lots of creative fun. My labor is not free, nor is it cheap, so I wanted to wait to start this project until I could give it the time, energy, and focus it deserved. Hopefully, I will complete two pages a week. I have not scrapbooked in quite some time, but have rather been a 'card maker', so this will be a refreshing change of pace.

  1. This is so cute!

I do have 2 couches facing each other. I have always liked that look also - so when we moved into this house we have a den and a living room so I did it. (originally I did not want to have a TV in the living room but I eventually gave in).
I ordered the rug from my favorite place on earth (If I had a ton of money I would fill my house with everything they have)...www.ballardesigns.com. They were having a rug sale.

  5. So cute! I have always thought scrapbooking for someone else would be a great way to make some money, but have been afraid that I would have too many OCD attacks trying to make sure everything was PERFECT.

  6. Too stinkin' cute! I have a friend who wants to start scrapbooking for others. If you do not mind, please share with me your "process" including labor. Thanks!
