Sew Fun!

My mom and I had "sew" much fun designing birthday shirts for the Foshe kids!

We have also had lots of baby showers to attend- it seems to be the season! Nothing is more fun than colorful burp cloths. I remember when Harbor was born and they almost seemed to fancy to use for spit-up! I prefered to keep them tucked safely away in a drawer for good keeping. Peeking at them during a long day of nursing and changing a newborn made me happy.  : )  Maybe these will be put to better use! Ha!

Happy sewing to you, too! : )

Friends

We have had so much fun with friends these past few weeks!

We celebrated Sierra's first birthday at Chuck E. Cheese. We adore these good friends of the family. I kept telling Sierra's mom- just wait! This year will be over in a blink and she will be turning two!

And celebrated Jordan and Hayden's birthdays with lots of mutual friends at the corn maze pumpkin patch. My mom and I made their coordinating pumpkin shirts for the party- they turned out so cute on the kids! We are happy to be a part of the Foshe's family activities. We just love them!

We also celebrated the upcoming arrival of a new baby- our friends, Dean and Lyndsey,  had a reveal party for the gender. We all dressed in either pink or blue and bit into cupcakes to see what the filling was- it was pink! David and I both wore blue, but David joked that he would have worn pink if he hadn't "outgrown" his pink button-up (AKA chubby hubby! Ha!) I think he is just a sore loser!  : )  And of course, he is not chubby!
We can't wait to meet the newest little Froud girl!

Yesterday, Harbor had his school Halloween party and my mom went with him and took lots of pictures. Mom made muffins for his entire MDO class, and I loved getting to see and hear about his school day. He is talking more and more- yesterday he said "Amen," with which we responded, "Hallelujah!" We are so happy for any progress!

We may attend the University of Arkansas Homecoming game and tailgate on Saturday depending on David's work schedule, and Sunday we have plans for lots of trick-or-treating with family and church trunk-or-treat. We hope you have a fun Halloween with your family, too! I'm headed back out the door for a jewelry party with the 5th grade teachers- always on the run!  : ) Have a great weekend!
