Oh Christmas Tree!

Christmas is just around the corner- my cards are done, and the tree is trimmed! : )

The concrete blocks have been delivered!

Our house is coming along- slowly but surely! The concrete blocks for the walk-out basement have been delivered, and the lines for the footings have been drawn. If only the weather would cooperate with us! : )

McCash's Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving at David's moms is always fun! There were 42 people present-quite larger than my family's 9- and we had a good time playing games and visiting. Several family members traveled great distnaces to be with us and it was a pleasure getting to see them again!

Thanksgiving 2006

We had Thanksgiving at my granny's new house this year. It was such a beautiful day! We all hiked to the neighboring land that is for sale and snooped around the property of the deserted, old, homestead that had been left there. We played lots of games, and enjoyed sitting out on her wrap around porch! David got up early and made the turkey and mashed potatoes. He then took a 7-mile bicycle ride from my parents house to his mom's house on HWY 170. He had more energy than me, that's for sure! The day after thanksgiving we all got up at 4:00 a.m. and headed out to shop! David, my dad, and Uncle tim stood in line at Best Buy at 4:00 a.m. unti 8:00 a.m. just to buy new techo gadgets. We did get a super nice computer though! : ) Overall, It was a fun turkey day!

Amy's baby shower!

Amy's baby shower was held this Sunday, and it was a great success. Thank you to Christy Dean, Kelli Selvy, Robin Duffy, Cathy Byrd, Karen Barnes, and all who helped to make it so special. I know I speak for Amy and Zack both when I say thank you! With crystal plates, petifors from Rick's bakery, and personalized invitations, it was a very glamorous event! She walked away with a slew of gifts, and a lot of love~
