Little H's Nursery

When designing H's nursery over four years ago, bright colors and animal prints were all the rage.

We painted stripes on his ceiling and mix and matched lots of fabrics.

Those colors are still super popular, but I really loved when the light, bright, and airy trend started seeping into nursery design. With our house being so old, it felt natural to use lots of white, with touches and gray and yellow.  Though our little H is only five weeks old and still in a bassinet with us, his room is a calming place to sit and watch the snow, baby gaze, and rest.

Hello!

I know, I know....

I'm supposed to be setting up my new blog, and, well... blogging!  : )

But Christmas was wonderful and busy and we had family in town..

and then our littlest blessing arrived a week early.

I've been so happy and just enjoying every day with my family that I haven't had a moment to sit down.

But, I promise to get on the ball soon!  : )
