I have to tell you with baby 3 I was so tired and had been getting only a few hours a sleep and I was making a bottle hoping he would sleep a lit bit longer than 20 minutes as I was nursing him!! I couldn't figure out why my feet were getting all wet and than it downed on me!!! We had the vent air bottle and I hadn't screwed the bottom on and I was just pouring it all out on to my feet!! I started crying and went and woke Grizzly up and he came down and made a bottle took baby and I went to sleep!!! Grizzly is always so helpful and He was always right there!!
I love this! I'm going to go back and post advice after I have been a mommy for a few days. Then, I might actually know something, or think I know something!! I've been doing some last minute reading on all the other comments so that I know a thing or two!
Jessica, I love your blog! I am Audrey's (audrey's good life) friend in real life....the only advice I can give you is to buy a swaddling blanket with velcro (and have your mom monogram it!) It is a lifesaver at night when the little one wiggles out of his blanket. You and David are in for the most amazing time of your lives together as parents, as I speak from experience!! Good luck!

Thanks for the comment...I am feeling miserable! I've been to the doctor twice for contractions and when he did an ultrasound, we figured out that the baby weighs in at almost 6 pounds already. That's SCARY with 8 weeks left to go...we're thinking we may have a miscalculated due date....that's just my luck! Here we were thinking we had 2 months to finish getting ready and now it's a matter of weeks! LOL.

This is seriously the sweetest thing ever!!! I abolutely LOVE the iceberg lettuce trick! haha..
