169 Christmas cards, all handmade with love, have been signed, sealed, and delivered. Making my cards is my favorite annual tradition- it starts in the summer! Ha, ha! Having the summers off, I really try to utilize my time well by making them early. I then just store them in a cool, dry place until the holidays. Then all I have left to do is take a photo and type a newsletter.
Little Harbor is in love with the Christmas Tree. I don't have the heart to tell him no, that he can't touch, and feel, and play with the "pretties" that dangle from the low lying boughs. Christmas is, after all, for children. : )
In a few days, I will upload a few pictures of our Christmas decor. Until then, I have a Christmas dinner party of around 30 people set to start here at 5:30 p.m. sharp Saturday night. Lots to do!
Enjoy this glorious season!
I loved your card! I still don't have mine out yet and they're not handmade! :) You're right about the tree. I let my kids play with the ornaments too, but I only put the "safe" ones toward the bottom!
