Halloween was a great day for us! My kids were actually very calm at school, but today they were definitely recovering from hallucinations caused primarily from high quantities of sugar. Zack, Amy, and Zayde came to see us- along with a lone trick-or-treater who was brave enough to walk our long sidewalk. We are kind of in a unpopulated area, despite being a subdivision, because construction has really slowed down. I told him how brave he was to come to our front door- we have the lights that shine up, and when they hit our trees, I think our house looks creepy! Zayde was a sweet, little clown, complete with pointy hat and face paint. Amy did such a good job dressing him up!
What a cute clown! And Bichon looks so cute in her lobster outfit. Dawson does not dig costumes. And he really doesn't like Halloween. He barked his head off every time the door rang and ran around like crazy. I think he thinks it should still be going on tonight because every time there is a sound on TV - he starts barking because he thinks it's the door again. ha!
ReplyDeleteThat last picture is just the cutest.
ReplyDeleteOkay, that clown costume is ridiculously cute!
ReplyDeleteZayde is adorable, and I think he looks a lot like Amy. Yes, Brooklynn does have her priorities down--she is already such a little mommy and her babies always come first. She even sleeps with 3 dolls every night and she pats them to sleep as she's drifting off.
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet little clown! Glad you guys had fun.
ReplyDeleteWe enjoyed the visit. Zayde loves his Bichon! (and you and David.:)
ReplyDeleteZayde is an adorable clown!
