David and I left Friday to travel to Omaha to visit David's brother Doug and his family. We had a great time and came back on Monday. We stopped at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, where my family and I were stationed for six years, before coming on home. It brought back warm memories. It snowed in Omaha while we were there, and we had a grand time being snowed in with the kids and playing games! : ) We are already planning the next trip which will include a trip to the zoo and a re-visit to a fabulous scrapbook store I found.
Looks like you had a good time. The snow is pretty. Glad you guys made it home safe & sound.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, Bichon made it just fine. She would of been sick if she had to of slept on cold concreate floor. We enjoyed her.
