These pictures are already old- the upstairs has been completely framed out. Today they are starting the roof. I'll have to update again soon with newer pictures.
Living back at home is a perk, especially on Christmas morning! David and I enjoyed the cozy feelings we had as we woke up to start the day. Opening presents in P.J.'s is the best!
Christmas at Grannys was a lot of fun! We all laughed until we cried! : ) We were blessed to be showered with so many gifts, but more importantly, love!
The downstairs is framed out, and they are laying the upstairs floor. There is a drawbridge to the soon-to-be front door. Now that we can walk the downstairs rooms out, I am getting more and more ideas for decorating, etc.. David decided to have a plug put into the floor of his office, and with the walls going up, it is easier to see where we need to place furniture. You know me- I have to be super organized and preplan all of this stuff! I'm hoping it will make moving in easier if I start now and know exactly what I want to go where. Fun!!!!
No need to worry- the horrible black and orange exterior won't last long. The walk-out basement has been sealed to prevent water from coming into the downstairs portion of the house.
My mom took some "baby belly" pictures for Amy on Sunday, and I snuck into a few of them. Her and Zack will make great parents! : ) My mom had a really fun time taking them.
